If a price, a distance, an opening time or a rating on this site is wrong, tell us. Corrections get priority over everything else in the inbox.

Please include the post title and what’s wrong. If you’ve stayed somewhere we’ve written about and our summary of the reviews doesn’t match your experience, we want to hear that too — it’s the fastest way for us to catch a property that’s changed.

We aim to reply within a few business days.

Missing a neighbourhood? Want a comparison we haven’t run? Send it. We keep a list and work down it.

Hotels and tourism boards

If you represent a property we’ve covered:

• Factual corrections — send them and we’ll update the post with a new verification date.
• Image use — we’re happy to credit official photography. Tell us what we may use and how you’d like it credited.
• Removal requests — we’ll consider them, but we don’t remove accurate, sourced criticism.

We don’t accept payment for coverage, placement or a better ranking. We don’t publish sponsored posts or guest posts.
